Is it possible to have support via the phone about technical questions I have?

Since 2015 we have been offering a teleservice for anyone interested in our range of electrical enclosures solutions or to learn about our technical support and customisation services available. This is called Spelsberg Pro-Active and you can phone the support line on 01952 605849.
When calling Pro-Active, you can purchase our standard or custom-made enclosures to address any application, even the most demanding. This resource is offered in parallel to Spelsberg’s on-site visits performed by expert sales engineers to evaluate specific enclosure uses and requirements and determine the best product.
As a result, with Pro-Active you can do more than simply place orders with phone operators. Each enquiry is addressed immediately by technically trained sales experts. These can help you by providing design and specification advice. In addition, they make sure that your order will be processed and confirmed the same day, so you can receive what you need as quickly as possible.
To further support you, Pro-Active offers a single point of contact. This means that the order remains with the Pro-Active sales team for processing and through to completion, so you don’t have to interact with multiple teams to discuss different aspects of the process.
